The Buyer expressly declares that the purchase is made for purposes unrelated to any commercial or professional activity carried out.
CONTRACT DEFINITION – IDENTIFICATION OF THE SUPPLIER
This contract is governed by Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments.
The contract concerns the sale of “Allumìa” products between the distributing company Allumìa di Giuseppina Staropoli (SUPPLIER), with registered office in Via Marina 1, 89817 (VV), registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Vibo Valentia nr. REA VV – 226272, Tax Code STRGPP78P47F537U / VAT No. 03975830799, hereinafter referred to as “Allumìa”, certified email address: giusystaropoli@pec.it, and the “BUYER” (hereinafter referred to as the “CUSTOMER”).
The term “Buyer” means the consumer, i.e., the natural person who makes the purchase under this contract for purposes not related to any commercial or professional activity that may be carried out.

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
With this contract, Allumìa sells and the customer purchases, by distance communication through telematic means, the Allumìa products indicated and offered for sale on the website www.allumia.it. Products may also be purchased via request by email or telephone. Products are illustrated in the product section of the website.
METHOD OF SALE, ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT, CONCLUSION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONTRACT
The contract between Allumìa and the customer is concluded exclusively via the internet by accessing the website www.allumia.it, where, by following the indicated procedures, the customer will formalize the purchase proposal.
The purchase contract is finalized through the accurate completion of the request form and the confirmation of purchase expressed by the online submission of the form, following the display of a summary page of the order (printable), which contains the details of the buyer and the order, the product price, shipping costs and any additional charges, payment methods and terms, and the delivery address.
Upon order placement, Allumìa sends a confirmation email or displays an order confirmation and summary page.
PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Visa, Mastercard cards
- bonifico bancario anticipato (codice iban indicato al momento della scelta di questa modalità);
- Payment via PayPal platform (and all circuits accepted by PayPal).
PRICES
The product sales prices indicated on the website are inclusive of VAT and in Euro. Shipping costs are indicated in a specific section in the shopping cart and vary depending on the type of shipping. Shipping prices are added to the product price and indicated before the order is placed by the buyer, and are also included in the order summary page.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Allumìa will accept customer orders within the limits of available stock. Allumìa undertakes to inform the customer by email or telephone in the event of stock shortages.
DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS
Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer within 10 days in Italy, within 20 days in a European country, and within 30 days in a non-European country, after the conclusion of the Contract, via express courier.
COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS
Written communications to Allumìa and any complaints will be valid only if sent by email to the following address: info@allumia.it.
The customer must indicate their residence or domicile, phone number, or email address where they wish to receive communications from Allumìa.
WARRANTIES AND ASSISTANCE METHODS
For products purchased by the customer, the regulations on guarantees and assistance relating to the sale of consumer goods shall apply.
